iPhone 5 not yet launched by Apple today at WWDC

Posted by Darwin Biler on June 11, 2012

We are all expecting that today that iPhone 5 will be released at  Apple's 2012 annual Worldwide Developers Conference,  but sorry to disappoint you - NO iPhone 5 yet!

Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is  Apple's annual event where they launch new products/changes to their whole product line, from OS, version of iPhones etc.

Unfortunately, there is no new iteration of iPhone mentioned whatsoever.

These are the new stuffs presented instead:

  • iOS 6
  • Apple MacBook Pro now with Retina Display
  • Facebook now integrated to iOS 6
  • Power Nap (which lets Mac update while asleep)
  • Siri updates

sigh!, nothing really new :-(
